While on the trail, we observed a red 4-wheeler ATV near the bridge by P5 at approximately 12pm noon on Sunday 3/22/26. No one was operating the ATV, but there was a white, middle aged man nearby using his cellphone. I took two pictures of the ATV and can provide those if needed (724-967-5579).
