The Friends of St. Leonard Creek is a newly organized group of concerned citizens in the St. Leonard Creek Watershed partnering with the American Chestnut Land Trust to advocate for the health of St. Leonard Creek and host events that give community members an opportunity to explore the natural resources around them!

Join us for a morning walk and see which birds you can spot in the St. Leonard Creek watershed! Snacks provided following walk.
Take the opportunity to be outside, enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. You will learn a few things about bird conservation and how you can help keep St. Leonard Creek thriving with wildlife.

You drive on Route 4 all the time…how about taking a paddle under it? Get off the road and out on your local creek!
Bring your own boat, paddle and flotation device and join us on the water to learn about native vegetation, the benefits of a healthy marsh and how you can help keep St. Leonard Creek thriving with wildlife. Snacks provided following paddle.
