ACLT’s 2020 Spring Appeal

ACLT is continuing its work during this unprecedented time, with a few adjustments. Read our blog about the changes we’ve made since the quarantine began in March. We are continuing to carry out our mission to promote land conservation and preservation throughout Southern Maryland and to preserve and conserve the natural and cultural resources of the Parkers Creek and Governors Run watersheds. Our trails remain open to the delight of many residents looking for respite from this stressful and uncertain time. And we are continuing to implement the numerous objectives of the 2019-2023 5-Year Plan.  Scroll through the slideshow below to see the work we’re doing.

During these difficult times, we hope we can count on you to continue to support ACLT.  While COVID-19 is a human tragedy that we are only beginning to understand, it is enormously heartening to know that the ACLT community will always come together to help feed families, preserve watersheds, connect people to the land, and speak out for the good stewardship of our resources.

If you can’t give, of course we understand. If you can, we would greatly benefit from your support.
